Details

Local authorities are required under section 251 of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 to prepare a budget statement before the beginning of each financial year and, after the end of that financial year, prepare an Outturn statement.

The documents on this page provide guidance for local authorities on preparing their outturn statement and submitting this to the Department for Education via COLLECT, the Department’s Secure Access system. There is also a spreadsheet to help with uploading the outturn information.

The period for this outturn statement is 1 April 2013 to 31 March 2014.
