See Potential is a campaign that encourages employers to give people from different backgrounds the opportunity to work and turn their lives around.

These are people who may be:

  • care leavers
  • ex-offenders
  • homeless people or people at risk of homelessness
  • long-term unemployed people
  • people recovering from addiction
  • single parents
  • some military veterans

  1. Added section about recovering addicts to the HTML step-by-step employer guide.

  2. Added a new case study video by South Central Ambulance Service to the case studies page.

  3. Updated the list of disadvantaged groups that the campaign focuses on. Also removed 2 case study videos and replaced with new ones.

  4. Updated case studies, added updated version of employer information pack in both HTML and PDF formats and added new employer guide in both HTML and PDF formats.

  5. Revised and updated employer information pack to help employers tap into fresh talent of candidates from disadvantaged backgrounds.
