See Potential is a campaign that encourages employers to give people from different backgrounds the opportunity to work and turn their lives around.
These are people who may be:
- care leavers
- ex-offenders
- homeless people or people at risk of homelessness
- long-term unemployed people
- people recovering from addiction
- single parents
- some military veterans
