This research aimed to measure the effectiveness of the 2018 to 2019 Self Assessment advertising campaign by evaluating:
- awareness of the campaign
- understanding of main messages
- whether customers understood the ‘call to action’ to file before the 31 January deadline
The research was conducted with 600 Self Assessment customers, with 300 taking part before the campaign and 300 after it.
