This research aimed to measure the effectiveness of the 2019 to 2020 Self Assessment advertising campaign by evaluating:
- awareness of the campaign
- understanding of main messages
- whether customers understood the ‘call to action’ to file before the 31 January deadline
The research was conducted with 619 Self Assessment customers - 305 before the campaign, and 314 after it.
