Details

This ad hoc release is provided in addition to the Non-domestic rating: stock of properties and Council Tax: stock of properties official statistics published in 2024.

This release will look at self-catering holiday homes (also known as holiday lets) that have been deleted from the non-domestic rating lists in England and Wales between 2019-20 and 2023-24 and review how many of these have been inserted into the Council Tax list in the same period.
