Decision No 1/2022 of the Joint Committee established by the Separation Agreement of 8 June 2022.

The Separation Joint Committee adopted this decision on 8 June 2022. It further amends Part 1 of Annex 1 of the Separation Agreement to reflect relevant decisions taken by the EU’s Administrative Commission for the Coordination of Social Security Systems. These decisions relate to interpreting social security coordination provisions, including on data processing and data exchange. They do not impact the rights provided for in the Separation Agreement.
