Two simple flowcharts showing the various steps in the service family accommodation (SFA) application process.

One shows the e-1132 online application, allocation, self preference, offer and move process, which the majority of customers are expected to use. The other shows the paper application form process, for customers on operations or based overseas and are without access to the defence Intranet.
