Details

Sexual assault, including rape, is a punishable crime. Anyone can be a victim of sexual assault regardless of their gender, nationality, age or any other condition. Remember that sexual assault is never the victim’s fault.

If you have been sexually assaulted or raped in Peru and you wish to report the incident to the police, you must do it while you are still in Peru and in the city where the incident happened.
