Final end-of-year performance position for colleges, training organisations, local authorities and employers for 2012 to 2013
The information sets out the total amount of funding that has been paid and compares this to what was delivered. The information includes:
- 16 to 18 apprenticeships, including Agency-funded 16 to 18 traineeships
- adult skills budget, including additional learner support
- discretionary learner support and 24+ advanced learning loans bursary
- community learning
In the funding year 2013 to 2014 all colleges, training organisations and employers delivering adult skills provision were funded for their delivery up to the value of their allocation and for all good-quality apprenticeship delivery. The Agency operated performance management arrangements to increase allocations during the year to meet the demand from employers for high-quality apprenticeships and traineeships.

The updated 2013 to 2014 funding year contract values are being published following the Agency’s performance-management point three review.
This updates on the outcomes of the performance review in May 2014. It excludes contract values where the Agency is discussing current delivery performance.
