Details

The funding rules:

  • apply to all publicly funded colleges, training organisations, local authorities and employers (providers) who receive funding from the Agency for:
    • adult skills budget (including apprenticeships)
    • Offenders’ Learning and Skills Service (OLASS)
    • European Social Fund (ESF)
    • community learning
  • are mandatory requirements
  • form part of the terms and conditions for funding by the Skills Funding Agency
