We have changed the names of Qualification Success Rates (QSR) to Qualification Achievement Rates (QAR) for 2014 to 2015 in preparation for the introduction of a broader range of success measure in the future.
These specifications describe how the achievement rates business rules are applied to providers’ submitted ILR data to calculate achievement, pass and retention rates for MI Managers and software writers.

Sub-contractor information for education & training and apprenticeships has been included in the BI dashboard. Sub-contractor information for apprenticeships has been included in the provider data extract.
