1. Variation to funding agreements 2016 to 2017
Information
Currently all funding agreements with providers state that the Skills Funding Agency will not fund any learners starting an apprenticeship after 1 April 2017.
We will shortly be issuing contract variations to confirm we will fund all learners who start an apprenticeship on or before 30 April 2017. This is to align with the introduction of the apprenticeship levy from 1 May 2017.

For further information about your contract variation, please contact your business operations provider manager.
2. Transactions unit: financial model now available
Information
Following the recent publication of restructuring facility guidance for applicants, you can now request a copy of the accompanying financial model.
This is a key tool used by the transactions unit to assess restructuring facility applications for financial support from the government by sixth-form and further education colleges following an area review.

3. Qualification achievement rates: 2015 to 2016 business rules
Information
Last week we published the SFA business rules for qualification achievement rates for the 2016 to 2017 academic year.
This week we have updated the SFA qualification achievement rates: business rules and associated dataset production specification documents for the 2015 to 2016 academic year.
These explain how we calculate qualification achievement rates. Please share with your curriculum, quality, data or management information system managers.

4. Update to learning aim search on the Hub
