1. Find apprenticeship training: upload your apprenticeship data
Action
We recently asked you to populate the course directory provider portal with your apprenticeship provision data by Friday, 30 September. The digital apprenticeship service online search facility will be available for employers to find apprenticeships in the autumn.
If you do not add your data to the course directory, employers will not be able to see your details in the search results.

2. Year-end funding claim 2015 to 2016: deadline Friday, 16 September
Action
If you receive funding through a grant for your Adult Skills Budget (ASB), you must make your year-end funding claim by 6.00pm Friday, 16 September.
You can submit your claim through the digital claim form on the Hub; the form will be available on Thursday, 15 September. We will pre-populate the form with your R13 individual learner record (ILR) information. You must add your forecasts for the remainder of the 2015 to 2016 funding year. We have published a User Guide to help you complete the form.

3. Earnings adjustment statement 2016 to 2017: guidance published
Information
We have published guidance on the earnings adjustment statement (EAS) 2016 to 2017. This sets out how to use the EAS for the funding year 2016 to 2017 for the Adult Education Budget, Skills Funding Agency traineeships, 16 to 18 apprenticeships, adult apprenticeships and the advanced learner loans bursary.
The EAS is an online form available on the Hub. Please complete this if you wish to claim funding not recorded on the individualised learner record, including excess learning support and learner support.

4. National Careers Service: new website
Information
The National Careers Service is launching a revised website.
The website will work on smart phones and tablets, as well as laptops and computers.The transition will take place during the weekend of 22 and 23 October, and we expect the revised website to be available from Monday 24 October.
During the transition period, the website will not be available. However, we will provide website visitors with the 0800 100 900 telephone number on screen as an alternate method to contact the National Careers Service.
