Details

The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

• revoke the licence held by Shane Jones Timber Haulage Ltd
• disqualify Shane Jones from holding or applying for an operator’s licence in any traffic area for a period of 18 months
• disqualify Shane Jones from holding or applying for a transport manager position until he passes new examinations
• downgrade the operator licence held by Rowland Scott Ward to a restricted licence
• suspend the operator licence held by Rowland Scott Ward until 00:01 on 1 June 2018 (as conclusion of Public Inquiry held on 21 May 2018)
