These draft regulations are subject to the affirmative resolution procedure and will be debated by both Houses of Parliament.

  • The Statutory Maternity Pay and Statutory Adoption Pay (Curtailment) Regulations
  • The Maternity Allowance (Curtailment) Regulations
  • The Statutory Shared Parental Pay (Persons Abroad and Mariners) Regulations
