Details

Billing authorities in England and Wales need to complete and return the information sharing protocol (ISP) and information sharing agreement in order to receive information through the Local Authority Information Gateway.

The ISP sets out the overarching arrangements for all information that’s shared by the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) with the billing authority.

The information sharing agreement sets out the specific arrangements for the sharing of data by the VOA with the billing authority.

For more information about the Gateway and these agreements, billing authorities should contact their Relationship Manager: LAengatement@voa.gov.uk
