Details

On World Menopause Day, 18 October 2023, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) published the “No Time to Step Back” report.

This summarised the work of Helen Tomlinson in the first 6 months after her appointment and highlighted progress made by businesses during this time.

This 12-month report provides a further update and reflects on Helen’s first year as the Government’s Menopause Employment Champion, develops themes from the No Time to Step Back 6-month report, and shares progress made against Helen’s Four Point Plan.
