Report from the multi-agency investigation into an outbreak of 4 cases infected with genetically related strains of STEC O157 identified in August 2017.

The report links the STEC serogroup O157 PT 21/28 outbreak to raw pet food and recommends increasing public awareness of the health risks when handling raw pet food.
