1. Request
I would be grateful if you would provide details of your current contract covering reprographics/print arrangements under the Freedom of Information Act as follows.
- Number of MFDs (multi-functional devices) and photocopiers at the Security Industry Authority.
- Name of incumbent.
- Start/end date of contract (if expired, when do you expect to revisit the marketplace).
- Details of any extension options.
- What framework / route to market used.
- Number of regular/desktop printers (in addition to the above).
- Is there a support contract on the above? If yes, please state start/end date.
- Do you have a print room?
- If yes: name of supplier, number of devices and start/end date of contract, also details of any extension options.
- Total annual print/copy volumes (including if applicable your print room) for (a) mono (b) colour.
- What print software do you run?
- Your total annual spend on print.
- Name of the person responsible for the running of MFDs and, if applicable, your print room.

I can confirm that the SIA does hold the information you have requested. Please see the answers to your questions below.
- The SIA has 2 multi-functional devices (MFDs).
- The name of the incumbent is XMA Limited.
- The start date of the contract was 2 March 2022 and the initial end date of the lease agreement is February 2023.
- The extension options for the contract are to February 2024, with a date TBA.
- CCS framework.
- Zero.
- Original contract date is 1 May 2022 and the end date is the same as item 3.
- Yes, but this is run internally.
- Not applicable.
- This SIA does not record this information and therefore does not hold it.

- We have not had a full year of print services yet, however, our contractual, one year lease agreement estimate is £9,423.04.
