- suspend operator licence held by Simply Removals Limited from 00:01 hours on 1 December 2018 until 00:01 hours on 2 January 2019
- sought undertakings for audit of transport operation not less than 5 months and not more than 7 months from the date of the public inquiry
- severely tarnish the repute of Stephen Ashby
