Departments and agencies describe actions taken and how their internal processes have changed in the areas that de Silva highlights. This report draws together these actions taken by the Ministry of Defence, Northern Ireland Office, Home Office and Cabinet Office. It also identifies changes that have been made by the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) and the Security Service.
