This is the sixth and seventh annual report to Parliament on the Application of Protocols 19 and 21 to the Treaty on European Union (TEU) and the Treaty on the Functioning of the Union (TFEU) in relation to EU Justice and Home Affairs (JHA) matters.

This annual report on decisions made in relation to the JHA opt-in and Schengen opt-out under Protocols 19 and 21 to the TEU and the TFEU, which allow the UK to choose whether to participate in such measures.
