The Smart Metering Implementation Programme will deliver the roll-out of smart metering to both the domestic and smaller non-domestic sectors. This document sets out the Programme’s approach to smaller energy users in the non-domestic sector. It is designed to give clarity to all of those affected by smart metering – whether as customers, customer representatives or industry parties – about the key aspects of the Programme. It does not include any new policy proposals, but brings together in one place the decisions and proposals already made by the Programme that affect the non-domestic market.
