Smart meters provide a range of direct benefits to consumers. We have been monitoring those benefits since roll-out began. This report looks at:
- the evidence collected to date by government, consumer groups and the regulator, Ofgem
- government’s ongoing work with partners to ensure consumer benefits are maximised
