The skills horizon report provides a snapshot of the recruitment and skills landscape for the year ahead.
Now in its third year, this report brings together year-on-year data from 1,500 SME decision makers across England.
It includes data and analysis of:
- SMEs’ top 5 concerns for the year ahead
- average expected growth in revenue for 2025 by sector
- percentage of SMEs planning to invest in upskilling existing workforce by sector
- the top skills that would stand out to an SME recruiting in 2025
- predictions for the year ahead
