Details

The social care common inspection framework (SCCIF) was introduced on 1 April 2017. It provides a framework for the way we inspect social care providers.

This review looks at whether we are:

  • focusing on the things that matter most to children’s lives
  • consistent in our judgements and expectations of providers
  • prioritising our work where improvement is needed most
