Freedom of Information Act: Request for information on Groceries Code Adjudicator activities

Thank you for your email dated 28 October 2022 regarding social media management and monitoring tool supplier at the Groceries Code Adjudicator (GCA). In your email you asked for the following information: 

  1. Who is your social media management and monitoring tool supplier?

  2. Start date & duration of framework/contract with the supplier

  3. Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date

  4. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Duty to confirm or deny whether the GCA holds the information 

Under section 1(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, anyone making a request for information to the GCA, as a public authority, is entitled to be informed in writing whether it holds that information, and if so, to be supplied with it.  

I can confirm that the GCA does not have a social media management and monitoring tool supplier. Accordingly, responses to your questions are as follows (numbered to match the numbering in the request above):
