Published 9 July 2018
Changes of the name of Chinese producers, subject to individual rates of Anti-Dumping Duty and Countervailing Duty, on solar panels and key components.
The Commission accepts by Decision 2018/C 199/09 OJ ref. C199 of 11 June 2018 the changes of name of the following companies, which are subject to individual Anti-Dumping Duty and Countervailing Duty rates. The following amendments have been made to the list of producers:
Company previous name | Company name changed to | TARIC Additional Code |
---|---|---|
Zhongli Talesun Co | Suzhou Talesun Solar Technologies Co. Ltd | B922/X922 |
Wuxi LONGi Silicon Materials Co. Ltd Xi’an LONGi Silicon Materials Corp |
Wuxi LONGi Silicon Materials Co. Ltd LONGi Green Energy Technology Co. Ltd |
B897/X987 |
LERRI Solar Technology (Zhejiang) Co. Ltd | LONGi Solar Technology (Zhejiang) Co. Ltd | B898/X898 |
In column 3 of the table, the X code applies to these TARIC codes in the UK, to signify that minimum import price conditions are met.
Where the minimum import price is not respected Anti-Dumping Duty of 36.2% and Countervailing Duty of 6.4% applies.
The Commission has examined the information supplied and concluded that the change of name in no way affects the findings of Regulation (EU) 2017/366 and Regulation (EU) 2017/367 and amended by Regulation 2017/1570. The company will continue to benefit from the rates applied to these additional codes.
The printed Tariff will be updated in the August amendment.
