Details

The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

  • revoke the operator licence held by Peter Terence Gore
  • disqualify John Spencer Gore for 8 years from holding or obtaining any type of operator’s licence in any traffic area
  • disqualify John Spencer Gore from being the director of any company holding or obtaining an operator’s licence

The decision was made on 28 February 2018.
