This report sets out the recommendations of the Chief Construction Adviser (CCA), Peter Hansford, to the government for solid wall insulation.

The CCA was commissioned by the Green Construction Board to consider what more might be done to unlock demand for solid wall insulation, improve its affordability and increase its attractiveness as a solution.
