Details
Ofqual has imposed special conditions on UWL, requiring it to:
- Suspend any arrangements under which UWL delegates responsibility for the following activities to a third party:
- Design and/or development of a qualification and/or any assessment materials
- Marking of assessment materials
- Issuing results and certificates
- Refrain from reinstating those arrangements and/or entering into similar arrangements without the prior written consent of Ofqual’s Director of VTQ Operations
- Commission an independent audit to review historic compliance with the General Conditions of Recognition in circumstances where UWL had delegated responsibility for the following activities to a third party:
- Design and/or development of a qualification and/or any assessment materials
- Marking of assessment materials
- Issuing results and certificates
