Details
Spectrum is the airwaves over which all wireless communications devices (televisions, mobile phones, radios, microphones and more) communicate.
Our vision is for use of spectrum to double its annual contribution to the economy by 2025 through offering business the access it needs to innovate and grow, and everyone in the UK the services they need to live their lives to the full.
The second document sets out an update on government’s plans for meeting its commitment to release 500MHz of public sector spectrum by 2020. We first published these plans in March 2011.
