These standard rules allow you to store and use suitable waste for construction up to 50kte.

These standard rules are not available for new applicants. New applicants can apply for SR2015 No 39 to store and use waste for:

• construction
• reclamation
• restoration or improvement of land

1. 10 April 2019

   Standard rule updated with minor amendments to the wording on the introductionary page. The second bullet point has been changed.

   We have updated the interpretation section 4.4 of the standard rule with a revised definition for the term ‘European Site’.
