I can confirm that the Social Security Advisory Committee holds this information.
The Social Security Advisory Committee’s call for evidence on the effectiveness of the claimant commitment in Universal Credit was published on 19 March 2019, and the consultation period closed on 16 April 2019. We received 36 responses.
Having considered your request, the Committee has published 22 of those submissions. These are accessible at:

We received a further 14 consultation responses from individuals who provided personal details relating to benefit claims.
