1. Information request
I am seeking information about your organization’s current IT infrastructure. Specifically, I would like to know:
1. Whether your organization has a formal IT strategy and how it is being supported.
a) Your WAN and LAN/WiFi providers and the current annual cost for these services.
b) Your Service Desk/End User Compute contracts and the annual cost for these services.
c) Do you have a contact centre? If so, who provides the service and what is the annual cost?
d) The contract end dates for the above services and your current anticipated procurement route for any new service provider.
2. Response
The Social Security Advisory Committee is a statutory independent non-departmental public body sponsored by the Department for Work and Pensions, and that our information technology systems and support are arranged by that Department.
