The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Waste Energy Power Partners Limited

This application is for an incinerator under Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the EPR: Section 5.1 Part A(1)(a) – The incineration of hazardous waste in a waste incineration plant or waste co-incineration plant with a capacity exceeding 10 tonnes per day. This is an additional consultation regarding a proposed change of the operator’s legal entity from Waste Energy Power Partners Limited to Clinitek (Stoke) LLP. Details of the new legal entity are provided. There are no other changes to the proposed facility
