1. Please provide the criteria for determining the payment of bonuses to staff for whom you have responsibility?
2. Who authorises the awarding of bonuses?
3. What was the total sum paid in bonuses in 2004/05 and 2005/06?
4. How many staff received bonuses in 2004/05 and 2005/06?
   5 Please provide the number of bonuses paid in each of the following bands for 2004/05 and 2005/06.
