Details
Stamp duty will be cut for 98% of people who pay it. This change applies to you if you’re buying a home in the UK for over £125,000.
The new rules start on 4 December 2014.
HMRC has published draft legislation and a Tax Information and Impact Note on the stamp duty reforms.
