We carried out a consultation on introducing new standard rules for oil and gas activities.

The standard rules proposed were for;

• Drill and core activities with well testing (mining waste standard rule, risk assessment and waste management plan), and
• Storage and handling of crude oil from exploration and production This document sets out the comments we received and our responses to them.
