The Excel spreadsheet bidding document should set out clearly how you meet the assessment criteria for which the grant funding is being requested.

A template Word document is provided for you to submit some brief supporting information.

The Funding Agreement provides information on the terms of the funding.

Bids must be submitted to the Homes and Communities Agency by emailing StarterHomes@hca.gsi.gov.uk if outside Greater London, or StarterHomes@london.gov.uk if inside Greater London. Any questions can also be emailed to this address by 23 October.
