Details

The State of the Estate in 2013 report was laid before Parliament on 5 June 2014. The report provides data about the size, ownership, geographical distribution and use of central government buildings.

The civil estate includes all central government property, except for defence military estate, prisons, NHS estate, Defra rural estate, FCO and Home Office and overseas estate.
