Details

This report, produced jointly by DECC and Ofgem, provides the information to meet the statutory security of supply reporting requirement set out in Section 172 of the Energy Act 2004. This requirement was previously met by the Energy Markets Outlook. This report provides a technical assessment of the outlook for the supply of electricity, gas and oil up to 2025, drawing on analysis by government, National Grid, Ofgem and others.
