This programme provides Science and Technology (S&T) research and analysis to support the UK’s strategic and nuclear systems capability, including the future deterrent. It supports other government departments with S&T research in the fields of missile defence, strategic technologies and the provision of advice in strategic systems to senior decision-makers.
