Minister Jayawardena welcomed all attendees to the meeting.

The department provided members with an update on the United Kingdom’s future trading relationships with Asia Pacific as well as an update on re-negotiating agreements with Mexico and Canada. Members held a wide-ranging discussion on digitalisation.
