The Dynamic Framework is now live and interested organisations may submit a bid to join the framework at any time via the e-sourcing system.

The document ‘How to Bid to Join the Dynamic Framework’ provides guidance on how to submit a bid.
For information on call-off competitions through the Dynamic Framework, please see the above pipeline. This also contains guidance on deadlines for submitting bids to join the Dynamic Framework if an organisation wishes to participate in any of the outlined call-off competitions.
Interested organisations should submit all queries relating to the Dynamic Framework through the e-sourcing suite.
