Details

If you’re a continuing part-time student and your nationality or residency status means you can only apply for help with tuition fees, you need to use the EU PTLC form.

If you’re a new part-time student and are eligible for a Tuition Fee Loan only, you’ll need to complete and send a EU PTL1 form.
