The Smart Meters Programme commissioned SQW to look at options for ensuring that blind and partially sighted consumers can access the benefits for smart meters. The report provides details of SQW’s findings, along with conclusions and recommendations, including the recommendation that energy suppliers offer In Home Displays tailored for these customers.
