Details

Home Office Research Report 23 was commissioned to refresh the evidence base in light of changes to the treatment landscape since the NTORS study. The study included:

  • an outcome study based on a survey of nearly 2,000 treatment clients with 2 follow up surveys, between 3-5 months and at 12 months;
  • a qualitative assessment based on interviews with treatment clients and practitioners; and,
  • a cost-benefit analysis.
