Sundridge Park Golf Club Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number TH/039/0043/005, which authorises the abstraction of water for spray irrigation from underground strata comprising chalk at Sundridge Park Golf Club, Bromley, Kent at National Grid References TQ 41202 70876 and TQ 41176 70873.
The proposed variation aims to increase the existing licensed annual abstraction volume from 45,500 cubic metres to 49,950 cubic metres. No other changes to the licence are being proposed as part of this variation.
