The National Intellectual Property (IP) Crime Group was founded in 2004 by the Intellectual Property Office due to the need to bring together expert resources including senior industry, government and enforcement agency officials to combat IP crime.
The group produced this booklet to help individuals and businesses to be aware of the growing risk from counterfeit goods getting into business supply chains. It also provides guidance on how to protect your IP assets and what to do if things go wrong.
The video below also contains some useful tips on what businesses can do to safeguard the integrity of their supply chains and keep counterfeits and fakes out.
